Mechatronics Assembly Technician (All-round)

Location: On-site in Almere, Netherlands; must currently reside in the Netherlands within a reliable commuting distance of Almere.

Salary: €3,100–€3,500 per month

What you will do

• Assemble heat seal machines from scratch by integrating mechanical and electronic components.
• Test and calibrate completed machines to meet performance standards before shipment.
• Manufacture and finish PCBs by soldering switches and displays, programming boards, and performing fine calibration.
• Produce spare parts, including connectors for heating elements.
• Collect manufactured products and support the logistics department with light warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Netherlands within reliable commuting distance of Almere.
• Strong mechanical insight and curiosity about how things work.
• Hands-on experience soldering delicate PCB components such as switches and displays.
• Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical background is preferred.
• Accurate, meticulous, and autonomous approach to work.
• Flexibility to program circuit boards, build machine frames, and assist in warehouse operations.
