Senior Manager – Procurement Digitalization (AI)

What you will do

• Transfer procurement processes into digital solutions and define globally standardized processes.
• Translate procurement processes into system requirements and shape integrated system landscapes.
• Lead procurement digitalization projects by defining milestones, deliverables, and measurable improvement targets.
• Develop future-ready processes, systems, and AI-driven automation across procurement categories.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives with global IT, Sourcing, P2P, and senior management stakeholders.
• Lead steering meetings, manage change, and make decisions balancing business needs with technical feasibility.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, business administration, management, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience in procurement digitalization, process standardization, system implementations, and system architecture.
• Experience piloting, implementing, and scaling AI-driven use cases for sourcing automation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, data structures, data flows, data governance, and integrated systems.
• Excellent English-speaking skills, strong project leadership, communication, change management, and presentation skills; willingness to travel occasionally by approximately 5–10%.
