Project Manager (AI ERP Automation)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Germany or Austria; comprehensive onboarding at the Zurich headquarters and encouraged monthly visits to Zurich.

What you will do

• Own implementation projects end to end, from understanding client requirements through delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable solutions tailored to customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges, adapt the platform, and integrate it with existing systems.
• Act as a trusted customer partner by identifying needs, sharing insights, and driving automation outcomes.
• Work with sales on tailored implementation plans and product adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical action and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English, with confidence communicating with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, customer-first, and ambiguity-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes.
