Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Digital Procurement Transformation

Location: Germany (Erlangen, Hamburg, Muelheim an der Ruhr), Spain (Madrid), Portugal (Lisbon), or Romania (Bucharest)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of digital procurement projects, including status monitoring, risk assessment, reporting, and progress analysis.
• Harmonize project activities through standardized tools, methods, governance, workflows, and rollout management.
• Develop and implement modern project management methods, delivery mechanisms, and frameworks using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Plan and accelerate digital procurement initiatives and oversee their end-to-end implementation.
• Establish KPI-based value and performance management across initiatives and prepare decision-making materials for SteerCo meetings.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and change management teams on adoption, communication, workshops, and transformation execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field, such as business administration or business psychology, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven project management and change management experience within procurement.
• Experience designing organizational, process, and project structures.
• Extensive experience developing, harmonizing, and applying modern project management tools and standards, including Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Strong stakeholder orientation and communication skills for cross-functional, cross-location, and global collaboration.
• Expertise in KPI-driven workflows, value management, analytical decision support, and combining operational project support with strategic framework development.
