Buying Process Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional projects, align stakeholders, prepare analyses and decision-making materials, and follow up on key initiatives.
• Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support governance and communication across the Buying department.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase standardization, efficiency, and operational quality.
• Own and support operational buying processes, maintaining high data quality and smooth daily operations.
• Develop buying documentation, training materials, learning initiatives, and coordination frameworks.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach to process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
