What you will do

• Manage the portfolio and end-to-end coordination of digital procurement projects.
• Standardize and harmonize project management frameworks, tools, methods, governance, and workflows.
• Plan projects, monitor progress, assess risks, prepare reports, and analyze performance.
• Develop and implement innovative project management and rollout approaches.
• Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate transformation workshops, and support change management.
• Drive KPI-based value management, process optimization, and continuous improvement of governance and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven experience in procurement project and change management.
• Experience designing organizational, process, and project structures.
• Extensive experience with modern project management tools, standards, and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments.
• Expertise in KPI-driven workflows, value management, transformation, and strategic process development.
