What you will do

• Maintain product-related data and configurations across applicable ERP systems.
• Screen, assign, and resolve end-user support tickets according to severity.
• Manage bug lifecycles from activation through closure.
• Identify and escalate blockers affecting active bugs and unreleased Engineering Change Orders.
• Complete ECOs according to approved processes and assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience with supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, logical execution, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers.
• Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
