IT Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, greenfield and brownfield programs, multi-site rollouts, and legacy ERP consolidations.
• Manage acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, TSA execution, Day 1 readiness, ERP separation, data migration, cutovers, and hypercare.
• Build project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance documentation, executive dashboards, RAID logs, and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse Management, and Analytics stakeholders.
• Manage system integrators, ERP partners, software vendors, infrastructure providers, and managed service providers.
• Identify and mitigate risks involving data migration, integrations, security, infrastructure readiness, organizational change, business continuity, and production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience and 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $1 million and cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
• Proven success delivering global ERP programs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, plus experience with Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar tools.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Epicor ERP/Kinetic, or Infor Syteline/CSI.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL and data migration, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, SQL Server, Oracle Database, MES, PLM, CRM, Business Intelligence, or Power BI.
• Experience in aerospace and defence, distribution, supply chain, multi-site operations, or global organizations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, SAP Project Management, Prosci Change Management, or ITIL Foundation certification.
