Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid

Salary: From €1,800 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Execute, schedule, and optimize email and SMS campaigns from idea to launch.
• Set up and manage automated flows, including welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
• Monitor opens, clicks, conversions, and other campaign performance metrics.
• Run A/B tests and improve subject lines, creatives, timing, and campaign results.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters on conversion-focused content while maintaining database quality.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of hands-on email marketing experience; internships count.
• Familiarity with an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
• Basic understanding of open rates, click rates, and conversions.
• Interest in customer behavior, email and SMS marketing, and continuous campaign improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about deliverability and compliance, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
