Field Service Technician I (Lottery Technology)

Location: Texas statewide, with field service work in the Houston, TX area

Salary: $14.00–$23.00 estimated starting compensation

What you will do

• Respond to service calls and travel within the assigned service zone.
• Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot lottery equipment and communication devices at retail locations.
• Swap parts, clean equipment, and adjust components to resolve field issues and maintain uptime.
• Deliver operational supplies and manage inventory.
• Train retailers on basic equipment usage and report service activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Maintain the company vehicle and follow driving policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of technical repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors for equipment-related work.
• Ability to perform recurring field and retail-location service work in Texas.
