Associate Game Hardware Technician (iGaming)

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; full-time onsite work at the Reno studio, 5 days per week

What you will do

• Move, install, configure, maintain, and reconfigure electronic gaming machines and related components.
• Troubleshoot hardware from individual assemblies, including printers, bill validators, and cables, through servers and network equipment.
• Provide daily and remote technical support to test engineers.
• Wire and maintain networks for testing environments.
• Manage support and replacement-part inventories.
• Maintain, upgrade, and reconfigure laboratory facilities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of electrical or electronic experience.
• Technical background with a basic understanding of electronics.
• Skills in PC repair and general hardware maintenance.
• Understanding of computer hardware operation and principles.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, procedures, and the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform the required physical equipment-handling activities.

Nice to have

• College coursework toward a degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
• Experience as a gaming technician or slot technician.
