Field Service Tech II (iGaming)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite field service work at customer sites, with short-notice travel, on-call duties, flexible shifts, and possible domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Move, load, unload, transport, install, configure, and maintain gaming and utility products at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair EGMs, PTG, ETG, signage, table products, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and use technical documentation, schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Track parts inventory and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Manage customer tickets and product-support questions using ServiceMax and Zinc.
• Support other field technicians and interact professionally with customers.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience assembling, testing, or troubleshooting electronic devices.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a valid gaming card, or the ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly, electricity, basic electronics, troubleshooting, mechanics, and basic networking.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and in dimly lit, crowded, noisy, and smoky environments.

Nice to have

• Technical or military training.
• Experience with gaming devices, Coolsign, signage, utility products, and table products.
