Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain

What you will do

• Lead monthly performance reporting and variance analysis against plans and forecasts.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial model maintenance.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, and reporting improvements to support decision-making.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on month-end close and accurate financial results.
• Develop financial analyses for central initiatives, capital investments, cost optimization, and operational decisions.
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership while advising cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including FP&A.
• Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis and business insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; experience with SQL.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to translate financial insights into actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, improving execution, and learning new systems and technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake, Python, and other analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP, Salesforce, or TM1.
