Senior Finance Manager (FP&A)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, operational vice presidents, program executives, and corporate stakeholders.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, integrated financial modeling, and variance analysis across multiple contracts and business units.
• Oversee financial reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, executive scorecards, contract profitability, labor utilization, and operating margins.
• Provide oversight of billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, collections, contract funding, and working capital management.
• Lead complex analyses for pricing, contract renewals, investments, strategic growth, scenario planning, and due diligence.
• Manage and develop finance professionals while driving process improvement, automation, internal controls, and finance transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, contract financial management, corporate finance, or related roles.
• 2–4 years of experience leading finance professionals and supporting multiple business units or contract-based organizations.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, billing structures, accrual accounting, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP BYD, Anaplan, ADP, Concur, or Power BI.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional designation.
• External audit experience.
