Senior Specialist, Finance Business Partner (Global Supply Chain)

Salary: $85,500–$114,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Partner with Supply and Demand Planning teams to improve inventory forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop reporting and analytics for forecast accuracy, inventory trends, supply-demand imbalances, and supply chain performance.
• Support global standardization and automation of inventory forecasting, planning, financial reporting, and related data processes.
• Partner with Global Quality leadership on budgets, forecasts, productivity initiatives, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Long-Range Planning, S&OP, IBP, and operational business reviews.
• Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, management reports, and executive presentations while monitoring budget and forecast variances.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a relevant accounting role, ideally in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial analysis to non-financial partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, influence diverse stakeholders, and handle confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Interest in or exposure to AI tools such as Copilot for improving finance processes.
