Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Stockport, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per year, plus bonus up to 10% (stretch 20%)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-site research, study, and New Product Introduction projects.
• Define and maintain project delivery plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and costs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery against specification, quality, time, and cost requirements.
• Identify and manage project changes, risks, and issues within agreed governance standards.
• Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams and communicate complex technical or business topics clearly.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience successfully managing and delivering multiple concurrent high-value, high-impact projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
• Strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning, budget management, CAPEX, and product cost control.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed organisation.
• Commercial acumen, strong delivery focus, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Power MOSFET design.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages.
