Workplace Services Project Manager (Property)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized workplace, facilities, refurbishment, compliance, and property projects.
• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, resources, and competing priorities.
• Act as the internal hirify.global lead for larger property, refurbishment, and relocation projects delivered by external project managers, cost consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, variance analysis, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Produce management information including RAG status, milestones, financials, risks, issues, dashboards, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate Property, Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, suppliers, and other stakeholders while driving consistent delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Project management qualification is essential, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent.
• Strong project management experience, ideally in property, facilities management, workplace, refurbishment, or operational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Understanding of financial management, including budgets and forecasting.
• Experience working within structured governance frameworks and producing management information.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and influencing skills in a regulated environment.
