Finance Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage the Finance & Commercial department’s Project Management Office and provide management information for prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coordinate IT development requests, internal resources, and third-party suppliers from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects, prepare monthly planning meetings, and keep tasks and priorities on track.
• Document current and future processes using diagrams, flowcharts, and value stream maps.
• Assess improvement proposals, risks, benefits, and impacts; design test plans and business-readiness activities with a strong focus on customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or MoP, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering projects.
• Strong organisation, multitasking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and project planning tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Ability to simplify complex tasks and adapt presentations to different audiences.
