Product Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage and develop product portfolios across EMEA to support profitability and agreed targets.
• Maintain product master data, product codes, documentation, prices, samples, and related systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Product Management teams.
• Align product segmentation, stocking strategies, forecasts, pricing tools, and local product ranges.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and sales access to technical information, pricing, documentation, and SFDC codes.
• Manage supplier quality complaints and communicate market feedback to Product Management.

Requirements

• Relevant commercial experience.
• Experience interpreting data and developing reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred; MS Office experience is required.
• Very good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

Nice to have

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Chemical Sciences.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
