hirify.global Helicopters develops aerospace products and operates a large portfolio of digital applications supporting aircraft documentation, design, manufacturing, support, and services.

What you will do

• Act as Product Owner for TECHDATA applications within the TechData New Generation Portfolio and SAFe framework.
• Manage Agile teams, define solutions from business requirements, and coordinate sprint planning, reviews, demos, and delivery commitments.
• Shape the vision and roadmap for the application portfolio while prioritizing user stories and managing risks and opportunities.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with standard IT architecture patterns, ensuring operability, security, performance, and robustness.
• Coordinate requirements, architecture documentation, information system modeling, development proposals, and new functionalities.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, manage subcontractors, and communicate application functionality and performance issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business IT projects and solid IT expertise.
• Experience in Agile product development and strong project management skills, preferably in complex or change-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Java, .NET, JavaScript, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CouchDB, or MariaDB application and database landscapes.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, collaborative, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required.

• Knowledge of hirify.global context.
• Experience with Digital Mock-Up, Manufacturing Engineering, Shop Floor Execution, Support, or Services domains.
• Openness to collaborative work in a transnational business environment.
