Accelerator Digital Product Owner (AI)

Location: Lyon, France; hybrid, with 60% office-based work and 40% remote

Salary: €64,000–€96,000 gross annual salary, plus short-term and collective variable compensation

What you will do

• Own the product vision, backlog, and roadmap for manufacturing and supply chain use cases across planning, operations, quality, and performance.
• Build, deploy, and scale AI-powered features and agents, including decision-support agents, copilots, and optimization agents.
• Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, adoption, service level, quality, and ROI.
• Integrate AI agents into Product Owner workflows and POD team practices, including discovery, prioritization, backlog refinement, insights, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data, and AI teams while managing industrial constraints.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, privacy, and AI governance requirements, while coaching peers and partners in AI-augmented Product Ownership.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated environments.
• Technical background as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
• Proven experience building or operating AI-powered products and agents.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including LLMs, copilots, and agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of industrial systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, and planning tools.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain, or other regulated industrial environments.
• Experience coaching peers and partners in AI-augmented Product Ownership.
