What you will do

• Coordinate Microsoft Power Platform tenants, environments, DLP policies, Managed Environments, governance, and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse environments, security roles, and solution-based deployments.
• Build and administer Power BI datasets, dataflows, semantic models, reports, workspaces, capacities, gateways, and row-level security.
• Manage SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, storage, governance, lifecycle management, and OneDrive content restructuring.
• Implement retention, data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, external sharing, and access-control policies across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI readiness by improving enterprise content management and access protection.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development, focused on Power Platform and Power BI.
• Practical experience with Power Platform administration, DLP policies, Managed Environments, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace administration, and capacity management.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, PowerShell, security, compliance, retention, and sensitivity labels.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot preparedness and AI integration principles, alongside strong problem-solving and customer management skills.
• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or equivalent qualification; Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, or MS-700 are desirable.
