TL;DR
Senior IT Administrator (Global) (IT Infrastructure/SaaS): Administering and supporting networks, endpoints, servers, cloud accounts, SaaS applications, and internal systems across global offices with an accent on reliability, security, automation, and IT operations. Focus on building Shell/Python automations and API integrations, maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery, and resolving Tier 2/3 infrastructure and support issues.
Location: Pune, India; on-site. Occasional overlap with US/UK time zones is required.

What you will do
- Administer and maintain networks, endpoints, servers, cloud accounts, and internal IT infrastructure across global offices.
- Manage IT operations, system availability, monitoring, incident resolution, escalation, and SLA performance.
- Own user onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, SaaS administration, license tracking, and renewals.
- Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and secure disposal.
- Automate recurring IT tasks with Shell/Python scripting and API integrations.
- Support security compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, documentation, vendors, and Tier 2/3 technical support while mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience administering IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in a global, multi-office, or distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, endpoint management, SaaS application administration, and ITIL-aligned support processes.
- Practical Shell or Python scripting experience and hands-on experience integrating applications through APIs.
- Experience with systems and tools including Cisco Meraki, Apple and Windows devices, macOS, Linux, AWS EC2/S3, Jira, JumpCloud, Jenkins, GitHub, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Postman.
- Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
