IT Engineer

What you will do

• Develop automations and systems integrations across core business platforms.
• Build, support, and monitor applications in the corporate services portfolio.
• Build and maintain custom applications and automated workflows using iPaaS platforms.
• Manage authentication and collaboration services, including Okta, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
• Engineer, implement, test, and monitor IT systems, controls, and operational improvements.
• Lead or support incident response and act as an escalation point for the IT organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering JAMF, Okta, GSuite, or similar systems.
• Experience with Workato, Fivetran, or similar integration platforms.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell, plus basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, or other languages.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform, SIEM platforms, and web or network protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, or Google Chronicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally for work purposes.
• Interest in evangelizing the adoption of new tools.
