Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services (Microsoft Teams Rooms)

What you will do

• Install and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms devices, including cameras, microphones, speakers, touch controls, panels, and displays.
• Configure and manage room reservation and space management platforms.
• Implement device policies and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Apply software updates and security patches to Teams Rooms devices.
• Monitor room health and usage, perform maintenance, and provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Support users, provide equipment training, document configurations and updates, and collaborate with IT, facilities teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment.
• Knowledge of device configuration, policy management, software updates, and security patching.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and escalate complex problems when required.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Availability to work in person in Bangalore, India.
