Mechanical Engineer – Customer Projects & Product Lifecycle

What you will do

• Engineer and document mechanical solutions and modifications in SolidWorks.
• Support customer projects from technical clarification through implementation and handover.
• Maintain, optimize, and improve existing products, including design updates, cost optimization, and design for manufacturing.
• Perform mechanical calculations, design analyses, and risk assessments for product changes.
• Create and update schematic and process diagrams in EPLAN.
• Prepare technical documentation, test specifications, quality records, and root-cause analyses for field issues.

Requirements

• Solid mechanical engineering background with experience in customer-driven projects or product development.
• Experience working with existing product platforms, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations; ATEX and PED knowledge is advantageous.
• Structured, quality-focused approach with strong documentation skills.
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach and ability to balance technical detail with practical solutions.
