Equipment Specialists (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify, initiate, and drive operational and strategic improvement projects in wind blade manufacturing.
• Develop local strategies for manufacturing tools and equipment in cooperation with end users and process departments.
• Identify productivity improvements through equipment upgrades and develop technical specifications.
• Implement equipment solutions, including FAT, SAT, and TOC activities.
• Conduct investment analyses supporting equipment optimization and CAPEX decisions.
• Support operational readiness and hand over implemented equipment solutions to local maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant operational experience.
• University degree in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering.
• Experience in the wind or construction industry is preferred.
• Strong strategic, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an end-to-end perspective.
• Proven experience implementing technical solutions and communicating with stakeholders at all levels in a large, complex organization.
• Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn and develop.
