Materials Control Workflow Coordinator

Location: Head office in Lenton, Nottingham, United Kingdom. Afternoon shift: 2pm–10pm Monday–Thursday and 1pm–8pm on Friday.

What you will do

• Provide supervisors with clear, prioritised workloads for the afternoon shift.
• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation supporting daily department operations.
• Monitor and adjust workloads in real time to address stock shortages.
• Develop working knowledge of supply chain processes, systems, and operational data.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately to support efficient departmental performance.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, communication, and people skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a diligent approach to administrative work.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Drive, motivation, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to work onsite at the Lenton, Nottingham head office during the specified afternoon and evening shifts.
