Staff Engineer, Delivery (AI)

What you will do

• Own sprint and achievement planning, sequencing, prioritizing, and resourcing engineering work.
• Assign tasks based on team capacity, technical fit, and business priorities.
• Identify and remove technical, process, and cross-team blockers before they become delivery risks.
• Track progress, communicate delivery status, and represent team capacity and commitments in planning ceremonies.
• Contribute hands-on to analytics and AI platform features and systems, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing standards, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-focused products.
• Experience coordinating delivery in agile or sprint-based teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with Node.js, React, and Python, plus experience with Jira delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, build pipelines, version control, and release processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex ambiguous problems independently, and communicate risks and technical context clearly.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing peers and senior partners.
