Design Manager

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop Product Designers through feedback, performance conversations, and career development.
• Build a collaborative Design culture and create conditions for high-quality work.
• Own Design operations, including planning, team rituals, processes, and ways of working.
• Maintain a high bar for craft, UX quality, and product thinking across the team.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align people, priorities, and delivery.
• Develop scalable frameworks, best practices, KPIs, and OKRs for the Design organization.

Requirements

• Experienced Product Design leadership with proven people-management experience.
• Experience managing and developing Product Designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Product Design and sufficient hands-on expertise to review work and raise quality standards.
• Experience working on complex B2B software and partnering with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and operational skills.
• Ability to balance people leadership, delivery, and long-term Design strategy.
