Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site with 4 days from the office and 1 day from home

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of senior product designers.
• Work hands-on on complex product problems and maintain a high bar for product thinking and design quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Take concepts from early exploration through shipped features and track their performance.
• Improve design-team processes and build practical AI workflows for design.
• Present work, align stakeholders, and navigate differing opinions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with strong hands-on design skills.
• 3+ years of experience leading design teams, including managing at least three senior designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating product problems solved for users and the business.
• Experience developing designers and improving team practices.
• Hands-on AI experience, including regular use of AI tools and development of effective workflows.
• Fluent English required; English is used every day.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2C social, entertainment, or communication products.
• UX writing or copywriting skills.
• Experience in a fast-moving startup.
