Sr Planning Engineer

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply and demand forecasts to support shipment execution and revenue plan attainment.
• Release and expedite work orders while maintaining the required loading pattern and days of inventory targets.
• Monitor customer on-time delivery and committed request dates.
• Use assembly and test capacity knowledge to manage work in progress and meet shipment plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve planning and shipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5–8 years of planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic conditions.
• Fluent English in both oral and written communication.
