Manager Baking Technology and Training

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; requires 50–75% travel.

Salary: $105,100–$147,100 per year.

hirify.global is a large baking company operating bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes across the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee strategic technical training programs for Bimbo Bakeries North America.
• Identify skill-development needs, analyze performance gaps and feedback, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Create training plans and materials, including videos, media content, instructional materials, presentations, webinars, and bulletins.
• Manage the Certified Bakery Master program from participant nomination through graduation, including curriculum, logistics, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, online courses, and on-the-job training for employees and program participants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, coordinate with business units and external partners, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business administration, industrial engineering, food science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the baking industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in instructional design, training facilitation, program management, and talent development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, strategic-thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Nice to have

• AIB residency or correspondence course completion.
• Advanced degree or certification in training and development, adult learning, or a related field.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
