Real Estate Data Quality Assurance Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Gather real estate fund information from public sources and fund managers, ensuring complete and well-documented coverage.
• Validate data using repeatable quality-assurance processes, validation rules, outlier detection, and portfolio quality assessments.
• Investigate and resolve anomalies, inconsistencies, and structural issues before data publication.
• Use AI tools and automation daily to accelerate data collection, validation, and quality checks.
• Improve data flows and automation for data collection and quality assurance.
• Communicate with clients and fund managers, analyze data trends, and document processes and controls.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret and cross-check complex datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality and integrity.
• Comfort and proficiency with AI tools are required, including extensive daily use of AI and automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with data and automation tools, and a structured, process-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-quality frameworks, validation rules, outlier methodologies, or portfolio quality assessment.
• Understanding of private fund mechanisms and operations.
• Background in data science or a related quantitative field.
