Robotics Deployment Coordinator (MedTech)

Johnson & Johnson MedTech develops healthcare and medical technology solutions, with the Orthopedics business expected to operate as DePuy Synthes following a planned separation.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day deployment activities for robotics initiatives, tracking actions, owners, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support readiness activities for robotic new product introductions and line extensions.
• Coordinate post-launch hyper-care, issue logging, action follow-up, status reporting, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Maintain project trackers, risk and issue logs, readiness checklists, meeting notes, and deployment documentation.
• Organize working team meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and provide governance updates.
• Monitor risks and blockers, coordinate mitigation actions, and escalate decisions requiring management attention.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, operations, project coordination, or deployment support within a complex business environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking actions, preparing updates, and supporting operational delivery.
• Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Practical, resilient, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to follow applicable laws, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech or Orthopaedics.
• Experience supporting product launches, deployment activities, operational readiness, or post-launch support.
• Experience with project trackers, collaboration tools, reporting templates, and standard operating documentation.
