Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Switzerland (HQ - CH)

What you will do

• Lead the portfolio of engineering and product development projects in line with company objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional projects involving Engineering, Product, Operations, and other functions.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, budgets, and critical paths.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees, reviews, closure activities, lessons learned, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct project management experience in an engineering environment.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of product cycles, certification standards, and processes for drones, robotics, or comparable technologies.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and reporting.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar tools, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project governance, quality assurance processes, and project lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
