OE Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the INB organization.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and strategic projects from identification through implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and supporting functions to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies to improve performance, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Use data and performance metrics to monitor progress and support fact-based decision-making.
• Support Operational Excellence standards, tools, best practices, and capability development across the INB network.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a complex organization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Minitab, and MS Project.
