Junior E-Commerce Manager (E-Commerce)

What you will do

• Own and execute Tesco Online and Iceland online strategies to grow Heinz’s presence across categories.
• Analyze category, shopper, market, and digital shelf data to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage the online activation budget, promotional plan, and optimized NPD launches.
• Partner with Tesco and Iceland sales teams, brand teams, and commercial teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Build external relationships with Tesco and Iceland contacts to support trade planning, campaigns, and product launches.
• Provide performance overviews and share insights and best practices across the eCommerce business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, and/or Category Management.
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong interest in eCommerce and a good understanding of retail dynamics across convenience and online channels.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear action plans and work cross-functionally.
