Junior Marketplace Executive (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Maintain, update, and optimise product listings across Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace platforms.
• Enter product data and map product attributes in internal systems and marketplace feeds.
• Improve product titles, descriptions, images, categories, and key attributes.
• Monitor marketplace portals, account health, listing errors, suppressed listings, and setup issues.
• Manage support cases and marketplace inboxes, and assist Customer Service with marketplace enquiries and escalations.
• Support onboarding for new marketplace partners and marketplace initiatives.

Requirements

• Entry-level position; previous experience is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and administrative tasks accurately.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and data manipulation.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes, with a positive and adaptable approach.
