Entry Level Customer Training Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; approximately 80% travel to customer sites

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do

• Install and convert customer software systems at automotive dealerships.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational needs.
• Customize software configurations for each dealership.
• Train key dealership personnel on system use and provide customer support.
• Travel individually and with a team for approximately 80% of the role.
• Prepare for upcoming trips and follow up with recently installed customers from a home office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required; fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI, DUI, or DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
