What you will do
- Manage all mechanical aspects of projects from start-up through delivery, commissioning, and handover.
- Review project specifications and coordinate technical submittals through approval.
- Track labour, progress, schedules, variations, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Liaise with main contractors, clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement construction and commissioning programmes and maintain project documentation.
- Report innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Successful track record delivering large-scale projects.
- Experience supervising teams.
- Construction or Project Management qualification preferred.
