Senior Cost Manager (MEP)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes, from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage project cost changes, including identification, analysis, approval, and implementation.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
• Review claims, variations, construction disputes, and loss and expense claims to support client value.
• Communicate cost information clearly and support timely project decisions.
• Mentor employees and contribute to team performance and business strategy.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally in consultancy and critical infrastructure.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change forms.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
