Senior Project Controls Manager

What you will do

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to support best-value decisions.
• Manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Oversee capital planning for new projects.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Provide monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and project risk updates to key partners.
• Mentor and lead employees, supporting their performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls, including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• Ability to distill project data into concise updates that support rapid, informed decisions.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Passion for building global teams and developing employees.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Manchester, England, UK.
