Junior Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Support the Order Execution Team with project and order delivery for transmission products, including GIS, circuit breakers, and transformers.
• Monitor active projects and orders to identify potential issues, delays, opportunities, variations, and risks.
• Participate in design, commercial, progress, and logistics meetings.
• Support project handovers and coordinate with local subcontractors, overseas factories, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with financial and commercial reporting while ensuring adherence to client schedules, quality requirements, and hirify.global EHS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a similar field.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible, proactive, professional, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
