Department (Concession) Manager (Retail)

Location: P.za del Duomo, Milan, Italy

Salary: Starting from €31,465 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

H&M Group is opening a COS concession corner at Rinascente, offering ready-to-wear and accessories focused on quality, lasting design, craftsmanship, and innovation.

What you will do

• Deliver excellent customer service through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store or Concession Manager to improve department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development plans for new and existing team members.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador and cover the Store Manager role when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience with store operations and standards, preferably in fashion retail.
• Customer-focused approach with strong product interest and enthusiasm.
• Clear, confident, and empathetic communication with customers and team members.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and openness to feedback and professional development.
• Italian and English knowledge required; the recruitment process will be conducted in English.
• Availability for varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
