Business Manager Internship (Lifescience)

What you will do

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Support presentations and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Search for and pre-select candidates while contributing to talent network creation.
• Help define recruitment strategies and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Eligibility for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
• Native Italian and fluent English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, dynamic approach.
• Genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
