What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Group Functions, supporting areas such as Legal, Finance, HR or IT.
• Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial performance insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Manage the financial governance, reporting, costs, recoveries and forecasts of Transitional Service Agreements.
• Maintain financial controls, support audits and manage governance frameworks.
• Improve financial processes, systems and reporting while supporting finance transformation projects and mentoring junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Finance Business Partner in a large, international organisation.
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills, including advanced Excel; ERP and planning systems experience is advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and constructive challenge skills.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and working with Shared Service teams.
