Finance Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders across Group Functions, supporting areas such as Legal, Finance, HR, or IT.
• Own monthly management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Manage the financial governance, administration, cost tracking, recoveries, and performance reporting for Transitional Service Agreements.
• Maintain financial controls, support audits, and manage delegated-authority and governance frameworks.
• Review work delivered by junior colleagues and Shared Services teams, providing guidance and driving continuous improvement.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, ad hoc analysis, and business-priority projects.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Finance Business Partner in a large, international organisation.
• Strong technical accounting, financial analysis, reporting, and modelling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning systems is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and constructive-challenge skills.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and working effectively with Shared Services teams.
