Fuel and EV Account Manager

Salary: up to GBP 26,000 per year, with bonus potential

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts and act as the main contact for enquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and adapt communication methods to customer needs.
• Develop account management strategies focused on customer growth and profitability.
• Advise customers on fuel needs, EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency.
• Promote hirify.global’s integrated product suite through a consultative, solution-led approach.
• Work with the wider team to support strategic company objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
• Outstanding communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and planning ability.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work at the Crewe, United Kingdom location.
