Supply Planner, EMEA (Electronics & Power)

Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands; hybrid workplace with limited travel. Applicants must already have authorization to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: €55,500–€73,700 annually, payable in 12.96 instalments, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment, and purchase-order plans using forecasts, sales orders, inventory targets, lead times, and o9 recommendations.
• Manage the full purchase-order lifecycle with third-party suppliers and intercompany hubs, including confirmations, ETAs, changes, and system accuracy.
• Identify supply delays, shortages, capacity constraints, and inventory risks, driving expediting, allocation, and alternative-supply actions.
• Optimize inventory positioning across global hubs and provide availability, lead-time, and supply-risk visibility to stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound supply with logistics teams and resolve shipment, documentation, warehouse, and goods-receipt discrepancies.
• Support product lifecycle planning, inventory targets, supplier forecast alignment, price updates, and cross-functional supply-chain projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment, purchasing, or a comparable supply-chain function.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, supplier management, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems, plus strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills across suppliers and global teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, escalations, and a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with o9, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP and advanced planning platforms.
• Experience in electronics, marine, technology, or another complex product environment.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations and coordinating inventory across multiple hubs.
• Experience improving supply-planning processes, parameters, KPIs, or reporting.
